2 | passion fruits, halve, scoop out flesh |
1 | pomegranate, for seeds only |
1 | banana sliced |
1 | hard pear, peeled and cubed |
Handful of seedless grapes, halved | |
2 | kiwi fruits, peeled and sliced |
1 | small red apple, cubed |
½ | ripe mango, peeled and cubed |
6 | lychees, peeled and seeded |
½ | star fruit, thinly sliced |
4 | stem ginger, sliced |
2 tbsp | dark brown sugar |
1 tbsp | calvados (optional) |
