Kashmiri Spicy Tea Recipe - for colds and flu

Ingredients
| 15g | (1/2oz) fresh root ginger, sliced |
| 1 | cinnamon quill |
| 4 | cloves |
| 4 | peppercorns |
| 600ml | (1 pint) water |
| 1 | tbs Lemon sugar |
| Honey to taste |
Method
- Put the spices and water in a pan and bring ot the boil. Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes, then strain. Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
- Sweeten with honey or agave if desired.
