Ingredients
| 125g | butter |
| 2 | cloves garlic, finely sliced |
| 4 tsp | organic Cajun Ragin seasoning |
| 75 ml | olive oil |
| 90 ml | lemon juice |
| 1 | mozzarella ball, chopped into small pieces |
| 50g | gruyere grated |
| penne pasta - enough to serve 4 |
Method
- Melt butter and garlic in a frying pan, or you can do this in a microwave if careful.
- Cook pasta according to packet instructions - usually add to hot salted water and cook for 8-10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add Cajun Ragin. Remove and allow to cool having formed a paste. Add lemon juice and garlic butter.
- When pasta is ready, return pan of Cajun Ragin sauce to the heat and add the cheeses. Allow cheese to melt before pouring over the pasta. Serve with salad for a delicious bowl of flavoursome pasta.
- Serve with Parmesan & chopped parsley.
