Steenbergs Organic Sweet and Smokey Rub 55g details and description
This organic smoky BBQ rub contains sugar which caramelises when being cooked.
Simply rub onto whatever you wish to cook (very versatile spice mix) and either grill, BBQ, roast or fry works well on pork steaks, aubergine steaks, tofu, seitan, meat substitutes.
Ingredients: organic sugar, salt, organic smoked paprika, organic organic orange peel, organic black pepper, organic coriander, organic fennel, organic thyme, organic yellow mustard, organic cinnamon, organic star anise, organic allspice, organic cloves.
