Mani organic fruity kalamata and spicy green Konservoelia olives. Once harvested by hand, the olives are naturally cured for six motnhs and marinated in Mani extra virgin olive oil, vinegar and rosemary, then vacuum sealed in the jar. These olives are from Greece.

Organic, Raw and Vegan.

Pairs well with goat cheese, ripe tomatoes and Greek feta.
