Ingredients
| 115g (4oz) | organic self-raising flour |
| 28g (1oz) | organic sugar |
| 1 | free-range egg |
| 145ml (1/4 pint) | organic milk |
Method
- Beat the egg, add in the milk, add in the sugar and flour.
- Make each pancake by pouring a spoonful of batter onto a hot pan or hot plate (previously oiled and heated so that it won't stick).
- You can make more than one at a time just ensure that the pancakes have space between them. Flip over when done. Doesn't take very long so keep an eye on the baking.
