1. In a small pan melt the marshmallows and the dark chocolate over a low/medium heat. Take off the heat after the mixture has come together and then add in your goji berries, vanilla extract and crushed mini eggs.
2. Tip out the mixture onto a lined pyrex or brownie baking dish and using a silicone spatula, even out the rice crispies so it becomes one even, flat layer.
3. Finally, melt your chocolate for the topping and pour over the rice crispy mixture and make sure it's evenly spread to the edges.
4. Sprinkle on the crushed and whole mini eggs and extra milk and dark chocolate chips and pop your dish in the fridge to set for a minimum of 2 hours.
5. Portion up into your prefered size by using a hot knife to cut up the squares to give you a nice clean cut. ENJOY!
