Jasmine Rice Recipe
Jasmine rice is a long grain fragrant rice with a buttery popcorn smell.
Ingredients
| 350ml | Thai jasmine rice |
| 525ml | water |
Method
- Place in heavy bottomed pan and bring to the boil. Cover tightly, turn the heat down very low and cook without uncovering for 25 minutes.
