Ingredients
| 600g | Organic Minced Beef |
| ½ | onion diced |
| 2tsp | Steenbergs Ras al Hanut spice mix |
| Steenbergs Perfect Salt – To taste | |
| 1 | Free range egg |
| 1 tsp | English mustard or Biona organic horseradish mustard |
Garnish
| Lettuce leaves | |
| 1 | red onion sliced |
| 2 | tomato sliced |
| organic mayonnaise | |
| 4 | Crusty rolls/burger buns |
Method
- Pre heat the oven to 180 C/350 F
- Mix the beef, onion, Steenbergs Ras al Hanut, Steenbergs Perfect Salt, Mustard and egg.
- Mash together with your hands and divide into 4 equal portions and form into burger patties
- Fry the burgers on both sides until coloured and put in the oven until cooked through.
- Slice the burger buns/rolls and toast the bread
- Spread the mayonnaise on the bottom and place the lettuce and tomato, add the cooked patty, top with red onion and replace the top of the bread.
