Ingredients: Sugar, Ginger, Nutmeg.

Directions: Add 450ml (¾ pint) of cold water into a saucepan, then add the contents of one Whisky Toddy sachet. Heat to boiling, reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally until the sugar has dissolved. Remove from the heat. Add 50ml (two measures) of whisky to the spicy syrup. Reheat, but do not let boil. Serve hot, perhaps with a slice of lemon and a pinch of ground nutmeg.
Store in a cool dry place.
