Biona organic cider vinegar is made from cold pressed organic apple juice. To protect the valuable enzymes, aroma and full fruity flavour, this Biona organic vinegar is not heat treated or pasturised. Any natural cloudiness or sediments do not affect the quality of this product. This organic vinegar is with the mother. Unpasteurised and unfiltered vinegar, oak matured.
For an invigorating tonic, mix 2-3 tablespoons of Biona organic cider vinegar with honey in a glass of water. This organic cider vinegar is suitable for salad dressings and sauces.
