Steenbergs Organic Assam Tea is our everyday Assam tea that currently comes from the Chardwar Estate FTGFOP1 grade.
Steenbergs Organic Assam Tea is a small broken orange pekoe leaf and is a rich brown colour with a few golden tips through it. It's a good, old fashioned brew, but without too much bitterness and with good organic and ethical credentials to satisfy our souls. Lovely stuff.
Brewing Tip: one teaspoon of Steenbergs organic Assam from Jamguri per mug or person (please note: mug and person are not one and the same). Add freshly drawn, boiling water, steep for 4 - 5 minutes according to taste.
