| 350g | dairy-free, gluten free chocolate |
| 310g | margarine (vegan block) |
| 2tsp | Steenbergs organic cinnamon powder |
| 600ml | boiling water |
| 400g | caster sugar |
| 3 | large free range eggs |
| 400g | gluten free plain flour |
| 3tsp | Steenbergs gluten free baking powder |
| 1tsp | bicarbonate of soda |
| 100g | margarine or vegan block |
| 200g | plain chocolate, dairy free and gluten free |
| 300g | icing sugar, sieved |
| 75ml | cold weak coffee (add ½tsp instant coffee to 75ml boiling water) ot substitute coffee extract |
| 100ml | soya or coconut cream |
Makes one large 24/25cm cake or 2 x 20cm smaller cakes
NB This recipe makes quite a runny icing. If you would like a thicker icing, simply add in more vegan block and reduce the amount of coffee.
