Ingredients
| 1 litre | rosé wine |
| 100ml | plain eau de vie, vodka or brandy (I used armagnac) |
| 50g | organic dried bitter orange peel |
| 250g | sugar |
Method
- Put all the ingredients in a clean bowl, cover with cling film & leave to steep for 3 days.
- Strain through a double layer of muslin & bottle.

Drink over ice on the patio on a hot evening
Tasting note:
Don't worry that it tastes so bitter when you start making it. Once the sugar has dissolved, it's no more bitter than a decent marmalade.
