Ingredients
| 200g | cooked beetroot |
| 2-3 tbsp | olive oil |
| 1/2 tsp | urfa chilli flakes |
| 4-6 tbsp | plain Turkish or Greek yoghurt |
| 1 tsp | Niki's Turkish blend |
| a pinch | sea salt |
| to serve | fresh parsley |
Method
- Simply grate your cooked beetroot into your serving bowl and add your yoghurt and spices.
- Mix well and garnish with olive oil, fresh parsley and extra spices. Afiyet Olsun!
