2tbsp | olive oil |
2 | garlic cloves |
50g | cured ham or unsmoked bacon(optional extra) |
2 | tomatoes, peeled and chopped |
1 tbsp | wine vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon | sugar |
1/2 teaspoon | organic pepper |
1 teaspoon | organic paprika plus extra to sprinkle on top |
