- Mix the chopped organic rose petals with the organic caster sugar, ten lightly cream with the butter. Sieve the organic flour and mix with the creamed butter/sugar mix to get a soft dough. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Pre-heat oven to 180oC. Roll out the chilled dough until its about 5mm thick and then cut into shapes - we used an assortment of great cutters! Place on a baking sheet or tray and sprinkle with a little caster sugar. Bake for 15 minutes or more, until light golden in colour. Eat when cool or keep in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
