Biona organic rapadura sugar is another product that we have been asked to stock by one of our customers. Rapadura sugar is the dehydrated juice from organic sugar cane, whole and unrefined - only the water is removed - the molasses, and other trace elements remain, giving this sugar its unique caramel flavour. This is a fine grained sugar.
