Rum Punch Spice Mix - Single Serve - 24g - Old Hamlet details and description
Old Hamlet's spice mix for traditional planter's rum punch in single-serve printed envelopes. Old Hamlet's rum punch comes with full recipe details. Great additions to hampers.
Chilled Rum Punch: Pour the sugar syrup into a jug and refrigerate. Add the sugar syrup, 75ml dark rum, juice of 1½ limes and 100ml cold water into a tall glass. Add 2 dashes of bitters, then stir to combine. Add ice, stir until cold, then add a pinch of ground nutmeg.
Hot Rum Punch: Add 200ml dark rum, 100ml brandy and 700ml clear apple juice to the saucepan. Reheat, but do not let boil. Serve hot, with a pinch of ground nutmeg.
