A handful | fresh parsley, flat or curly leaf, finely shredded |
2 | Lemons, juice of |
A good drizzle | olive oil |
1/2 tsp | cracked black pepper |
1/2 tsp | garlic powder |
A scattering | sumac |
1 tsp | traditional sea salt |
1/2 | cucumber, finely diced and chilled |
2 | large tomatoes, finely diced and chilled |
2 | spring onions, finely sliced |
A scattering | chilli flakes (optional) |
