Ingredients
| 300g | Green beans (or any beans) |
| 4 tbsp | Dairy Kefir |
| 2 tbsp | olive oil |
| 1 tbsp | orange juice |
| 1 tbsp | orange zest |
| 1 tbsp | lemon juice |
| 1 | clove or garlic minced |
| 1/2 tsp | salt |
| 1/2 tsp | cracked black pepper |
| a sprinkling | Steenbergs Marigold Petals, to garnish |
Method
- Blanch the beans in salted boiling water for 30 seconds.
- Drain, refresh under cold water and place in a bowl of iced water.
- Drain and dry.
- Put the remaining ingredients in a screw top jar. Shake thoroughly
- Pour enough dressing over the beans to coat. Transfer to a new bowl
- Garnish with marigold petals.
