This organic granulated sugar is unrefined and has been made by pressing out, cleaning and crystallising the juice from the sugar cane. This means that the natural molasses of the sugar cane is locked in, rather than refined out. Billington's granulated sugar is naturally rich with a depth of flavour and natural colour.
