Festive mulling spices – not just for wine!

Here at Steenbergs we are well known for our sustainable, ethically sourced spices that are hand blended in our eco factory in North Yorkshire. At this time of year, attention often turns to the warm, fragrant spices such as cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and ginger, that make up our mulling spices. Sourced from as far afield as Vietnam and Sri Lanka in order to ensure the best pungency, the spices are mixed to unique recipes to create blends that work for all kinds of mulling – whether for wine, whisky, apple juice or to flavour desserts.

On our website you’ll notice that we have a fabulous assortment of mulling options: some organic, some Fairtrade; presented in everything from tartan cloth bags to single serve envelopes but all with the same high quality aromatic spices. We thought it would be a good idea to highlight a few key products for you….
