Help yourself to a nourishing bowl of ramen noodles, traditionally served in a miso broth and topped with whatever takes your fancy! King Soba Organic Brown Rice Ramen noodles are simple and quick to prepare and are a far more healthy alternative to regular wheat ramen. Made from 100% organic brown rice, these fine noodles are a good source of fibre and rich in anti-oxidants making them a treat for the body as well as the taste-buds.

Ramen are traditional Japanese-style noodle cakes which unfold on cooking. 

King Soba Organic Brown Rice Ramen is kosher, ideal for vegetarians, vegans, coeliacs or  gluten and wheat sensitive. Use them when you want an organic and wheat & gluten-free quick and healthy food alternative.

Ingredients: Organic Brown Rice Flour.

To prepare: Bring water to a rolling boil and slowly submerge noodles and reduce to medium heat. Gently separate noodles with a fork. Cook for 5-6 minutes. Drain in a colander and rinse well with cold water. Add to your ingredients or sauce.
