Tinned organic chick peas, ready for use. Delicious for use in curries such as chana masala, salads, or in a casseroles.


Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. No added salt, sugar or calcium chloride.


This can of organic chick peas contains just organic chick peas and water.


Instructions for use of Suma's orgnaic chick peas (tinned): Drain and rinse well. The chick peas are ready to use in hot and cold dishes. Once opeened remove from tin and store in airtight container in the fridge. Ideal for soups, casseroles, chillis and salads. A useful source of fibre and protein.
