- Put the ingredients into the bread-maker. If you are doing one of the 3 variations, add these after the natural sea salt and before the liquids.
- Start the basic bread-maker programme with the crust of your choice, i.e. dark or light.
- Just before baking, brush the top of the dough with water and sprinkle with organic flour, or if preferred, the herbs or seeds.
- After baking, remove from the machine and cool on a wire rack.
